Somatic Experiencing®

Somatic Experiencing® is a body-oriented therapeutic model that aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, Somatic Experiencing® helps us release, recover, and become more resilient.

Somatic Experiencing® is the primary modality I use to help you develop skills and awareness to live a more embodied experience. Embodiment allows you to feel a deeper connection to yourself and remain more present in the moment.
